Regarding your order in terms of shipping, it has been a struggle for orders to be shipped worldwide for all companies due to the Royal Mail strike

At Monclizzy we send off your orders to the shipping carrier the next day so it comes to you as soon as possible. Tracking was unavailable as there was a high volume of orders. For the earlier phone models (iPhone 11/11pro/12) we are still waiting for the next batch to arrive as previous stock was finished.
